This patient wanted to restore youthfulness and define neck contour. With a face and necklift we were able to eliminate and tighten loose skin under the chin and diminish excess sagging. Fraxel was added to improve skin tone/texture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Fat grafting was done to restore volume loss throughout the face.
