This 55 year old patient came to see Dr. Mentz about her aging face and her loose neck. Dr. Mentz mapped out a plan for her to address her problem areas. He performed fat grafting to her cheeks, smile lines (nasolabial folds), and the lower face (paramentum). A facelift and necklift was recommended to tighten up the loose sagging skin in her face and around her neck.
