This patient was unhappy with his appearance. He saw Dr. Henry Mentz for a consultation which they discussed his goals and formulated a plan. He performed liposuction to the abdomen, axillae, chest, and flanks. To give this patient an athletic appearance he etched at the linea alba, linea semilunaris, transverse inscriptions and inferior and lateral edge of the pectoralis major. This outlined his abdominal muscles. Lastly gynecomastia excision bilaterally for removal of glandular tissue giving the patient a flatter chest.
