Mona Flores Call Center
Mona is ACPS's front desk specialist. Mona worked for ACPS during the 90's. Then she moved to California in 1999. She recently retired from the County Welfare Office in California. Upon her return to Houston she was presented the opportunity to come back and work at ACPS. Mona jump back on board, and we are so glad she did. She's incredibly warm and personable. Mona is looking forward to meeting and serving everyone.
