Inside The St. Regis Hotel, The Remington Restaurant serves up an authentic Houston dining experience with a modern American menu energized by fresh, local ingredients. The Remington is open for breakfast and lunch everyday, for dinner Monday-Saturday, and a fabulous Sunday brunch. Guests can enjoy the sun-soaked dining room or in good weather (which is always) guests can sit outside and enjoy their meal with fresh Texas sun and air.
